Our personal training program
In order to make our service more accessible and affordable to more people, we offer semi-private personal training.
This simply means, you share a coach in your booked session.
You still receive A1 attention along with guidance, and a progressive strength program which is updated on a regular basis.

TEAM Training
Our TEAM training membership is all about functional movement in a small group environment. With a base membership to cover as many team classes as you like, it is a fabulous way to work with like-minded people all in pursuit of self-improvement. Classes have a minimum 10 people to run and are for all fitness levels.
LIFE-STYLE Program

General Memberships
For those who are injury free, are safe to train in the gym without personal training and are over the age of 18.
NOTE: Access is for general membership is after 11am due to popular demand for our personal training services.

We also work closely with a selection of practitioners who can assist with injuries, soft tissue and muscular-skeletal problems.
